What's New?

The team at littlefleets is excited to announce that your Live Map page is going to get a clean, intuitive and interactive design. We always pay attention to the feedback of our clients, and with that in mind, we are making changes to better suit your needs.

The Live-Map is one of the most important features that we have in our system, and we wanted to improve to make your experience even better than it was before!

Not only the map was redesigned to gain a fancy look, but we also added the ability of add jobs directly from the map, ability to simultaneously see the users' current location, route he has taken since the start of the day, and where he is heading, provided by Google suggested route and much more.

Unassigned jobs scheduled for that day being marked on the map

Now is even easier to see if you left any unassigned job scheduled for that day, it will shown in you map and you quickly can assign to one of your workers.

Assign unassigned jobs to workers

Just click on the job and a window with job information will pop up, in this screen you will have the option to choose between your workers.

Add and assign new jobs right from the map screen

Create new jobs directly from the map screen and assign them to one of your workers. This will allow you to manage and add new jobs without having to change screens.

View more information on jobs (assigned or unassigned) on that day.

job.jpgBy clicking on the job icon on your map, this window will pop-up in the right side of your screen, containing all the job information. If you desire you can expand the Job Info page and the Customer Info also, this will allow you to make any modification necessary and add notes in that job.

Live information and time stamps of each worker today

While your worker is on route to the job site, you can follow his/her path and check the estimated time of arrival.  The gray line corresponds the traveled route and the blue line is the Google suggested route.

location.jpgIn the left-hand box, you can the list of all your workers, the green dot means that you are tracking that worker, while the gray dot means that you're not tracking the worker. Technicians without a dot means you cannot track. either because he is without the app or has no location on file.

If you select a worker that is inactive it will show their last position on the map, hover over the user icon on the map, it tells you when the location was last updated.
