What's New?

We are excited to announce the new Project feature. Start delivering your projects more predictably and profitably. The Project feature provides teams with a cloud-based solution for managing the entire project lifecycle. Complete projects, track time, plan resources and monitor your estimates and invoices — all in one place.

Project Overview

In the Overview page, you will be able to control and analyze all aspects of your project. Monitor your team progress, due date, complete and remaining tasks, time breakdown for each job, separate by estimate time, scheduled and completed.

This page helps you manage every project to its highest potential profit, relocating workers to always deliver you project on time.

Tasks

After you create your job, is time to start adding your Tasks. You can separate by different criteria, for example, if your company is doing a Move In/Out cleaning, you can create different tasks for each area of the house. Each Task you will select the estimated amount of hours to complete and the due date, after that simply create a job or select from an existing one and assign to one or more workers. Once started the progress will be shown in your Tasks Window. 

To-Do Lists

Inside the Job Tab, you're gonna be able to apply filters to find specific information without the need to search in the Scheduler Tab. Select between Job Name, Customer Name, Participants, Job Created Between, Jobs Starts Between, Status and Invoice Status. This feature will not only make your work easier, it will save you time and organize all the information from every job. 

Shared Information

Since your project integrates several jobs, there are a few pieces of information that are shared with the whole project, so your can access from every task, subtask or job. Photos and documents that you upload will be available from any part of the project, as well the estimates and invoices. So you always have the information you need available.
